Rockfish Swimming based in Southern Maryland and is a member team of Maryland Swimming and USA Swimming. Rockfish Swimming strives to create a swimmer-first environment in which every athlete is provided with opportunity, training and encouragement to reach his or her full potential both in and out of the pool.

Are you new to Rockfish?
All swimmers new to Rockfish MUST tryout, no exceptions. Once tryouts are complete and as space allows coaches and/or the team registrar will reach contact you to begin the registration process. Please email our head coach, Cassi Beck to schedule an assessment.
Novice
2 hours Saturday mornings, Time TBD
Elementary
Tuesday/Thursday and Friday 6:30-8:00 pm
Middle School
Monday/Wednesday 6:30-8:00 pm and Thursday/Friday 5:00-6:30 pm
High School
Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday 4:30-6:30 pm and Thursday 4-6:00 pm and Saturday 7-9:00 am
